Albemarle Interim Management is a dedicated resource that offers organisations the opportunity to meet a defined business objective – within a specific time and budget – by engaging professional interim management services for a limited period only. Interim management assignments typically last from 3 - 6 months, but can be extended by agreement.
Interim managers can be used to bridge critical or unexpected staffing gaps: to fill a vacant post, for example, before a full time appointment is made; or strengthen an existing team, who are over-stretched, lack the specific skills to undertake a particular task effectively, or are simply under-performing.
Interim management can also prove a practical and cost-effective solution for discrete 'one-off' projects, where headcount restrictions prevent – or where there is simply no need for – the recruitment of permanent staff.
