Interim Managers can be quickly introduced to provide leadership and operational expertise where: NHS Trusts/Organisations do not inherently hold the relevant expertise/competencies in-house (particularly with the implementation of new initiatives); a project is short term and there is no need for a permanent appointment; or where existing staff are already working to capacity and additional help is required to deliver business objectives on time.

All undergo the same robust vetting procedure, which includes face-to-face interviews, background screening, employment verification checks and thorough reference checks.
