Interim Manager - Programme Manager
The Role
Our client, a leading retail bank, is seeking a Programme Manager with a track record of handling business and IT change programmes within this sector for a six month assignment. The role takes responsibility for identifying business and process changes across a number of business units in preparation for a new banking system platform. The role required broad based retail banking experience covering product development, impact of increased capacity and capability across all areas of business i.e. saving accounts, current accounts, loans, cards etc and preparing the business for the impact across organisational structure, inter- dependencies etc
The interim programme manager must have the ability to influence change and have effective stakeholder management. Experience in retail banking is essential and a good knowledge of products, distribution, business operations including network is essential. This is a business change role and not a role calling for a strong technology bias.
