Newly created role for a Retail Banking Professional who has a diverse range of experience and who is able to take on the mantle for this role.
As the Interim Customer Champion Director, you will work alongside the senior management/board team and look at creating a class customer services strategy which will deliver the best in customer experience and service. The role will work across all areas of this retail bank - operations, back office processing, contact centers, branch network, marketing, compliance etc, and look at the current customer experience to evaluate it as well as making recommendations for change to enhance the experience.
As the organisation is undergoing a period of substantial change, the candidate will also be responsible for creating process and control to ensure all changes consider the impact on the customer and ensure integrity of agreed levels of customer service and experience for the present as well as the future.
Experience at ex-co level or board level is essential to influence peer group but also is a broad understanding of retail banking which should include time in operations, customer services, marketing etc. Minimum six month assignment.
