Project Office Manager

The Role

Three to six month interim assignment for a PMO with a good track record in Retail Financial Services. The role reports into a centralised function which is acting as the Programme Office for a large business and IT change programme. The role will be responsible for providing a full PMO function for a collection of projects within the change programme from managing budgets financial and resourcing, monthly status reporting, managing risks and issues and helping to resolve them, insuring best practice is being applied to all work streams and that good governance is in place, providing ad hoc assistance and support as and when required to Project Managers and the central PMO. Good communication skills essential as is the ability to document for monthly reporting. Knowledge of running PMO functions in a retail financial services environment essential.
