18- 24 month contract for an experienced Programme/ Change Director who can demonstrate a:
• Track record in investment banking and understanding of front, middle, back office processes,
• Detailed working knowledge of big ticket loans (particularly floating rate loans),
• Programme Management of large complex change programmes in investment banking including business and technology.
The role takes responsibility for leading this large and complex programme which looks to integrate various corporate loans businesses from a target operating model perspective as well as the creation of a united platform and system architecture. The Corporate Loans businesses currently operate across a number of different legacy applications and the operations managing this loan business are equally different.
This high profile programme takes responsibility for total harmonization across people, operational and technology transformation with a significant investment budget but equally delivering a number of key cost and efficiency saving benefits.
The successful candidate MUST have a significant track record of delivering programmes of this magnitude and complexity in an investment banking environment, must be able to demonstrate best practice in programme management across the full life cycle and demonstrate first class communication and stakeholder management skills. Content expertise in corporate loans is essential.
Candidates who have worked on similar integration or migration projects for other Banks will be very welcome.
