Undergoing a period or restructuring and consolidation of back office services, they now require an HR professional with key skills in managing integration of business service units ( based UK and Internationally) and the resulting work streams i.e. operating design, structure, communications, job definition and performance management, technology transfer ,facilities closure, etc
The successful candidate will have experience of leading HR business Partners associated with a large and complex programme of change relating to merger and integration and ideally will have exposure to multi -sited operation including those based overseas. The ability to manage a programme of this size and complexity impacting some 4000 employees is essential. Good stakeholder skills are essential as is the ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace environment
