Interim Head of Nursing and Clinical Services

The Role

An exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Clinically Trained Individual to work with an innovative and forward thinking Private Healthcare Organisation.  This successful and growing Healthcare organisation has already doubled in size over the last few years and has ambitious plans to continue its expansion within the UK.

This is a genuine opportunity with one of the UK’s leading Secondary Care Providers.  The role is newly created and is in direct recognition of their exemplary commitment to providing high quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. You will take responsibility for a diverse clinical team leading on aspects such as clinical effectiveness, team development, patient well-being and customer service as well as continuous clinical improvement. You will be a central and lead senior team member with direct responsibility for CQC (Care Quality Commission) inspections, cost control/management across all clinical aspects, as well as working closely with the Registered General Manager to spearhead initiatives that positively develop their service model. Finally, you will also work with the Quality Manager on clinical governance matters.  

This role reports directly to the General Manager, though there will be the opportunity to deputise for the Executive Director as required.
